Which Farr Travel brand should I use?

Farr Travel Group brings together Farr Travel, Farr Luxury Travel and Farr Cruises. Farr Travel is ideal for holidays, family trips and sunshine escapes, Farr Luxury Travel focuses on considered luxury and tailor-made journeys, and Farr Cruises specialises in ocean and river cruising. If you’re not sure which is right for you, simply send us an enquiry and we’ll guide you.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We’ll review your requirements and contact you if we need any further information. We’ll then research suitable options and prepare a personalised proposal for you to review before anything is booked.

Am I committed when I receive a proposal?

No. A proposal is provided for you to consider and does not confirm a booking. Your travel arrangements are only booked once you have approved the option, supplied any required information and completed the necessary booking and payment steps.

How will I access my booking information?

Once you are travelling with us, your proposals, booking information and travel documents can be kept together through your secure Farr Travel Group client portal, making it easier to access the important details of your trip.

How is my booking protected?

The protection that applies depends on the holiday and supplier you book with. Where applicable, flight-inclusive packages may be protected under the ATOL scheme, while other bookings may benefit from ABTA or Protected Trust Services (PTS) arrangements through the relevant supplier or booking partner. We’ll always explain the financial protection that applies to your individual booking before you confirm.
